Payment Agreements

Up Front Fees

First, if paying for Web Hosting by the month, the first and last month's fee must be paid in full. This will be a $40 fee.

Second, we will now require the Web Designing fee up front. This is a $250 fee, and is refundable if design does not meet your approval.

After the first month, (regarding Web Hosting), a bill will be sent to you either in the mail or by e-mail, please specify which option you prefer. This bill will have when your payments are due, and when your next statement will be sent out.

Designing

  1. Web Designing - Personal Design: $650. Business Design: $800. If the design does meet your approval, and you change anything later on, you will be charged $75.
  2. Web Redesigning - Web Redesigning is for clients who already had a Web Design, but wish to have something new or changed. The fee for a Web Redesign is half of the Designing Package that you are signed up with. This fee is also refundable if the design does not meet your approval.

Monthly Fee (Web Hosting)

At this time we only have one monthly fee, and that is with our Web Hosting.
Web Hosting fee is $20 per month, or $200 for a full year. Pay for 10 months get the last 2 months free.

Hourly Fee (Maintenance)

Our Maintenance fee is charged by the hour. If your website only takes fifteen minutes (0:15) to update, you are still charged a $35 Maintenance fee. If your website takes one hour and fifteen minutes (1:15) you are charged a $70 Maintenance fee, and so on.

Transfer Fees (Web Hosting)

A $12.95 Transfer fee will be added to your account if you are transfering a domain over to MLH Web Designs. This fee is no refundable.

Late Fees

If you have not paid your fees within ten (10 days) business days after the fees are due, your website will be taken down until your fee has been paid.

By allowing MLH Web Designs to Design, Redesign, Host, and/or Maintain your website, you agree to pay all fees when they come due. If there is a problem with your payments contact us as soon as possible, and we will work a payment plan out with you. If this happens on a regular base, MLH Web Designs will discontinue our services with you.
